J. Thomas ‘Tom’ Bagby is a member of the State Bar of Colorado, State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of Louisiana, and the State Bar of Montana. Tom has experience representing clients in serious personal injuries and wants to personally represent you. Tom was born in Houston, Texas. After graduating from The Kinkaid School, Tom attended the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated in 3 years. He then attended the St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where he not only was awarded two Dean’s Scholarships, but was also awarded the John E. Anderson Endowed Scholarship. During law school, Tom clerked for the General Counsel to the Commandant of the Marine Corps at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., and also for United States Magistrate Judge Pamela Mathy for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Tom has been practicing laws since 2007 and recovered millions for his clients.
