Meet Jeremy

Attorney Profile

Jeremy Sloan is special counsel at Bagby Injury Law. He graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Business Management. He did a quick stint in the Management Trainee Program at Sewell Cadillac in the Parts Department in Dallas, Texas before heading to law school. He is a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. He clerked in the field of Family Law with Higdon, Hardy & Zuflacht. Upon graduation, he immediately began in litigation at Prichard Hawkins McFarland and Young where he represented manufacturers of several lines of automobiles and other consumer products. After leaving the firm to go on his own he continued in litigation and began to assist clients at Giles & Parscale with their trademark and copyright needs. It was during this time Jeremy invented a product and successfully took it to market across the country.

Thereafter, he joined the partnership of Chunn Price Harris & Sloan where he was in litigation and the legal world full time helping clients in contract disputes and representing several insurance companies against claims for personal injury. At this point, Jeremy has again decided to work independently again.

He continues his regular stream of contract dispute litigation and business partnership dissolution litigation. And has pivoted to entirely defending people injured in all sorts of property accidents and car accidents rather than representing companies defending these accidents, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the table on how resolve injury disputes in the most efficient and economically beneficially way.
